Raul T. Aparicio, M.D.
Raul T. Aparicio, MD, PA is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with experience in adult and pediatric orthopaedics, trauma, adult reconstructive surgery, and extensive training in joint replacement surgery with the world-renowned total joint surgeon William Murry, MD. He received his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida Medical School in Tampa. Dr. Aparicio completed his internship in general surgery at the University of South Florida Hospital. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency program at the University of California in San Francisco.
Dr. Aparicio is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the Florida Medical Association, Broward County Medical Association, and Broward Orthopaedic Society.
Dr. Aparicio is the Former Chief of Surgery at the Florida Medical Center in Lauderdale Lakes, the Secretary and Treasurer of the Medical Staff at the Florida Medical Center, Chairman of Credentials and Qualifications Committee at the Florida Medical Center, and Past Chairman for the Department of Surgery at the Florida Medical Center. He speaks fluent Spanish.
